Sandburn Hall Hotel Weddings//Amy and Andy

As weddings began to pick up pace again this year, it was finally time for Amy and Andy to tie the knot, after rearranging their special day 3 times! 

I first met Amy and Andy way back early in 2019 so, by the time the wedding took place, we really had become friends and I am sure I felt the same as everyone else present, pleased that their special day was here at last.

The whole day was to be spent at the fabulous Sandburn Hall Hotel and Golf Club. This was the first time I had returned to Sandburn, since they added the new hotel and let me tell you, it didn't disappoint!

The suite where Amy and her girls prepared for the wedding was simply stunning!

Meanwhile over at Sandurn Hall, the boys had arrived looking very dapper.

Amy was walked down the aisle by her lovely, but very tall brothers. As they approached the Registrar and the nerves were kicking in, the Registrar said one of the funniest things I have heard them say. Breaking the tension she calmly exclaimed that she thought Amy was been escorted in by her very own security team!

jb-080-09-2021-208 copy Another highlight of Amy and Andy's ceremony was her brothers musical rendition. Everyone in the room was mesmerised by such a wonderful, heartfelt moment from Amy's big brothers to their little sister. It really was a lovely moment.

The views and vistas around Sandburn Hall are just stunning and are made for the moments that Amy and Andy will remember forever.

After the cake cut and a gorgeous first dance, it was onto the party!

The band made sure that everyone had a great evening. After such a long time with no parties, Amy, Andy and all the guest certainly made up for it!

Andy was totally unaware that Amy had arranged a firework display and was convinced that they were just going outside for sparklers. Imagine the look on his face as he was turned round to be faced with an amazing display!

And the last shot of the evening for me, sums up the whole, fairytale day that Amy and Andy had! 

After three postponements, the day was amazing and I loved every minute of it. 

" We honestly had so many compliments on the day about how brilliant you were with everybody. From the moment we met you we felt like we knew you and you always made us feel comfortable. It really was a pleasure to have you there with us on our day. We will be eternally grateful for how amazing the photos are"  Amy & Andy.
