Woodstock Weddings//Kim and Gary
So, after a full 6 months with not one single wedding, I was one very happy Wedding Photographer at the end of July. Finally weddings were on and I was ready.
And so were all of my Bride and Grooms who had postponed, not once, or twice but up to four times!
First up, it was Kim and Gary's day. After resheduling 4 times, at last their wedding had come. It was a beautiful day and I was happy to be heading back to one of my favourite venues, Woodstock Weddings, York. A stunning and unique venue, where you can tailor make your wedding day!
Kim's beautiful dress was from Bridal Reloved and her fabulous sparkly boots were from Dr Martin, themselves!
The ladies got ready together, with Megan Boyne looking after the hair and Bryony Herbert taking care of the make up.
Set in 20 acres, the views across the fields are something special at Woodstock.
After the ceremony it was out into the courtyard to congratulate the happy couple, be with friends and family and enjoy the sunshine.
The kids certainly had enough space to run off their energy!
After Kim and Gary's first dance, it was time for the party to start! Now after no dancing or music for the best part of 18 months, it was always going to be epic.
And the band made sure it was. Undercovered always know how to get the party started and to keep it going for the entire evening reception.
It was truly fabulous to be back with my camera and I couldn't have asked for a better first wedding to start 2021 with! I had the best time with Kim, Gary and all their friends and family. Janice at Woodstock was as amazing as ever, with nothing being too much trouble and Undercovered made sure the place was jumping!
After this last year it was so good to see people smiling and sharing special times together and I am as honoured as ever, to share those times with them.

Jo worked her socks off all day, She kept everyone in check (well Almost :) ) so she could capture all the shots she wanted. Thank you so much Jo for all your hard work, we love our pictures so much and it was a joy having you as part of our special day.
